Guest House

Originally the farm bunkhouse for hired hands, the structure has been converted to comfortable quarters with modern amenities. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette on the lower floor, seating and desk area on the main floor with a sleeping loft above, all connected by a spiral stairway. The main floor sofa converts to a bed to accommodate a total of four people. The main house with the dining room and indoor lap pool is just across the yard from the guest house where guests have a 180 degree view of the alpacas.

This room has a queen sized bed and antique furnishings. Its private ¾ bath is across the hall.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the formal dining room amidst antique furnishings. Guests may choose a continental breakfast of fresh ground coffee, tea, juice and fruit plus a freshly baked-from-scratch bread or muffins. The full farm breakfast option adds a meat plus a hearty entrée. Fruits from the ranch garden and orchard are included in the menu when in season.

Amenities

The heated indoor lap pool and exercise equipment in the main house may be used by guests year around.

Read by the wood stove in both the guest house and the main house during the winter, or relax in the hammock when the weather is warm. Enjoy good conversation any time.

Children but no pets

We welcome your children with you retaining full responsibility for your children at all times. Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets due to our farm's large animal population. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Please contact us for room availability at 509/229-3655 or by email at dlmiller@inlandnet.com. After confirming we have the room you wish available on your date of choice, mail a check for the required deposit of $30 per night to the address below. You may pay the balance due by check before you depart from your stay. We will confirm your reservation by mailing you a brochure and map. If you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
